Where can I find data on owner financed deals?  

Postlets, acquired in 2011 and now owned by Zillow, (aka Zillow Rental Manager) and other rent centric sites like HotPads (also acquired by Zillow) fit in with Zillow's data focused model.

Finally, one more data point, just a few weeks ago I was contacted by a BP member who had moved to Pueblo and rented a home from a local property management company.

You need to find a niche of data where everyone else and their mother isn't sending. 

As a young investor I am very driven to get more properties.

Any information on Dallas, or any input from investors from Dallas whether you are an out of state investor or live in the Dallas area would be appreciated, I would love to start a thread regarding this topic in the BP community.Namely, I am struggling to gather what I can confidently claim as reputable data on property management companies, and every real estate agent I call understandably pitches me on the influx of quality tenants in their respective area emphasizes the beauty of Dallas and their listed properties.

I posted numerous times about how everyone and their mothers are in the game with the rising market, I got to auctions and there is like 100-200 people in Bergen County just driving prices to crazy levels... if it's not the prices being driven up, the bank wants something totally ridiculous. 

My first (currently only) out-of-state investment is in upstate NY where my parents live.Based on looking at some Zillow data rents are rising steadily in Albuquerque yet prices are still below the 2008 crash.

The problem is the measuring and data entry is labor intensive.
