I don't think anything ever got shut off and required a reconnect fee, because they were right on top of it, but I could see that being a big problem with a chronically late tenant or one where the utility company won't notify you ahead of time.

I don't deploy wireless cameras as I don't want to troubleshoot weak connectivity issues plus you still need to have power at the camera location so often have to pull some kind of wire for that. 

I guess that might be my take if what the tenant is claiming is pretty weak sauce.2) If the tenant has a valid claim or the PM mis-handled it, then hire your own also (assuming there's substantial money). 

If your roof is a little weak have them walk on 1 by boards.9. 

I think the weak link in this project was that this was not a beginner job to take on and I did not surround myself with any non-biased advocates, or put another way, anyone knowledgeable who didn't stand to gain financially from the deal.

Secondly, while there are people who specialize and are successful in any particular business niche, you must access your own strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes to arrive at an investment or business strategy that works for you, in your geographical area.While there are ways to buy property with no job and no credit history, your universe of potential deals just shrunk enormously.

I would ask them to explain it further because there is probably a weak rationale for this request.What is your setback? 

Frankly I think you have put yourself in a weak negotiating position.

It's definitely a weakness of mine but something I'm willing to improve if it's the absolute best strategy for reaching out to potential leads.Does anyone have any cold calling scripts they'd be willing to share...OR...any other methods besides cold calling for reaching out to potential leads?
