How can I get a call log without waiting for their cellphone bill to come in the mail?

I have personal cell phone numbers for a quite a few of them, but wondered if I should call or just send a yellow letter.

If you received a note in the mail, regarding SELLING YOUR HOUSE, and you would like to, please leave us your name, your CELL phone number, along with the property address of the house you’re hoping to sell, and one of us will call you back just as soon as possible.

I would like to be able to give someone a cell phone and have them work from their own house.

@Derek Gutekunst Hey Derek just my 2 cents but DM is dead at least in my market, maybe your market is difference but through direct mail it takes way too long to get the same results you would get from reaching out to the owner via cell phone.

There are a host of other means for capturing sellers besides the MLS.I bet your cell phone is full of local contacts who know and love/like you...

You may even get a cell phone number to call the person, rather hoping they will respond to a letter.

Calls can also be forwarded to a cell phone. 

After California banned using a cellphone while driving in 2009, for example, people would park on a side street to make their calls.
