Property auctions are filled with sharks that can smell blood of a newbie in the water.The first few times you go, do not bring cash or any other way to purchase a property. 

They may also try to continue to undercut each other by marginal amounts each time – after a certain point there’s no sense string them out too long trying to squeeze blood from a stone.

@Scott Trench I agree with you about the quality of the market segment you are targeting and at the same time be very careful with the thinking that a blood bath in high end rentals will not impact the lower end properties.

she has not come out of pocket one penny for any office visit, ultrasound, blood work etc.

Who knows what's up for me next,, I've got the rental business in my blood and will probably invest again in the future but for now I won't have to worry about the phone calls for emergency repairs.

Trying to get Blood from the Trinity Stone may not be a good Business Plan.
