In my opinion if your looking to buy a turnkey rental that cashflows I would stick to the submarkets in south east PA like Pottstown, Reading, Harrisburg. 

As my network grew in other markets throughout the South East, so did my business.

I think the southeast is still a great area to focus on. 

I know a lot of these guys are based in Southeast Asia... hows the language barrier and do they work the hours you need them to work (afternoons and dinner time in the US)?

That doesn't mean Fair Park/Southeast Dallas is off the table, but I would guess they would want better proximity to DFW Airport.

There's about six other areas in Toledo you can specialize in (South, East, Rossford, Holland, Swanton/Delta, Perrysburg/Maumee) and each has their own return threshold...really none is a bad move so long as you stay the course and get the rent money where you invest!

It seems the southeast and Texas is booming big time.

We invest in Value add Multifamily in South East Florida  buy and hold 8 buildings  and buy and sle 6 the last 12 months.

I'm hearing these areas are heavily concentrated in the south east and wester regions, but would like to verify.
