I once caught a fish with no bait, so it's time to cast my rod again.

When they walk a room they note if it needs a light fixture, paint, closet rods, sink, toilet, shower tile, door, door knob etc.  

They pay you the mortgage you gave them, you pay the mortgage you have.Like Rod said, more to it than is easy to explain here.
