The neighbor tells me the local police had to kick some young people out for trespassing / partying - he didn't say when.

Last week I got a call around 10pm from a local police department where one of my buildings is in Pennsylvania. 

He pulled out a gun (police later found out it was a fake) and pointed it at me while threatening to kill me and my family.

after that..her stories came along.. had a domestic abuse case with her boyfriend..she hasnt been living there becasue he somehow gets inside the house and everytime she goes with police so she can get her stuff, or to ask to him to leave...he is not there.its seems like a weird story but it seems the cops cant do nothing either.

When we tried talking to him, he called the police on us since he has a driver's license that contains the address.
