Need Help! Eviction of Illegal Settler

Hey guys! Have you experienced an illegal settler on the house you just bought? Can you give me an insight on the things you did to make the process easier and faster.

We just bought a house for fix and flip and we cannot start since there is an illegal settler on the property. When we tried talking to him, he called the police on us since he has a driver's license that contains the address. The property has no utilities turned on for a long time. We tried offering him cash for relocation and we will be filing a dispossessory for him to leave the place. He wanted to have a housing in Atlanta as well. We are afraid that it might take time for him to get evicted so if you have any idea on how we can make the relocation faster or the process faster, please share your experience or insights. Thank you!
