The sheeple traders are nervous and ba-ah!

This total is still less than the going rate in the city but am I just being greedy here?

Greed is what gets people in trouble. 

Investors run into their own life issues and will be negatively influenced by greedy ambulance chasing lawyers, trying to shake down those with assets. 

Here is why I think things are the way they are and why the investors get a bad wrap by locals govmit folks thinking greedy landlord poor renters are being ripped off etc etc.These investors as I said they buy a rehabbed home and put a tenant in there..

If you’re making it as a trader, you’ve certainly got the the capacity to succeed in wholesaling.

"Be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful" - Warren BuffetI do like the idea of buying office space in the near future because I believe that will be due a large price correction as interest rates on those loans adjust or balloon payments come due so there may be a lot of future potential to get office space at a discount soon but I don't think we have reached that point yet. 

Deals everywhere right now, brokers, lenders, builders were all greedy and thought they were on top of the world.

Expecting the government or a greedy monopolized power company to have real world solutions is not realistic imo.
