The thing is, a printer-applied address is a dead give-away that yours is a direct mail piece because the print lays flat on the paper, unlike when you hand-write an address, which gives visual texture.I think too much is made of using yellow legal pad paper.

I have to agree with everyone...shut the water off at the main when not in use, and keep the power on (shut the breakers off when you leave), so the buyer can visualize the house as functional.

@Roy Assaf ,All marketer marketing and hype aside.....1 Absolutely agree with Account Closed  that yellows are the wrong approach for multifam....especially in Brooklyn. 2 Sample size is small, but to get ZERO calls, not even a "go to hell" or "I'm gonna shoot you in the head"....there's definitely something wrong.I assume you've checked all the basics, actually visually inspected your RTS to make sure everything is printed properly and phone number legible?

That does not happen by accident, you must spec what you want.The wire shelves allow for easier painting on turns, (easy quick) visual conformation that the outgoing renter has not left (a handgun, illegal substances, or a big dead bug) up there.I am not aware of these ubiquitous shelves being a danger to life...Seems like the tail wants to wag the dog here--maybe a harbinger of things to come.Either the renter or you are the boss...maybe a harbinger of things to come.Good Luck!
