While I'm completely in favor of consumer protection and more than willing to abide by rules and regs and invest in education (I happily comply as a licensed real estate salesperson), the securities/notes/brokering world as it pertains to licensing has my head spinning.

The question is, are you trying to find properties that aren't out there, and you're wanting a deal that can't be made, then figuring there's a problem with the agent, because they don't want to spend their time spinning their wheels, and they're being polite by not telling to to get lost?

I'm thinking rot or termites.

Many times we put a bit of spin on things, leave bits out because it is too complex to explain or something has changed.RE attorneys who do not know the state law is the latest reminder for me.I think of it this way.

Is it possible it's a pinhole leak and that's why the meter isn't spinning and detecting it?

Stop spinning your wheels trying to hunt down these people.

Its the same as the letters used to buy homes.. just the discounted note spin. 

The small investor owning 1-5 units 1500 miles from home is spinning their wheels in my opinion.
