Do they bring in speakers or is it more of an open forum?

For me, there's a lot of other speakers that have influenced me more but Tony Robbins is alright. :)I went to NAC18 then Than Merrill's 3-day workshop, started their mentorship program then ended up getting a refund because I realized it was not worth it.

Frankly, Spanish speakers just trust someone more if they can speak Spanish as well.

John,As you state what he had to say was reasonable (very intense speaker) Our strategies also don't play into the timing of the market,as with you finding deals and motivated sellers.

They have some good speakers and get a wide range of attendees who do a lot of interesting things.

And a shameless plug..I'll be holding a big RE Investor Summit in the Bay Area late this year if anyone is interested in coming to network with other investors, and hear some great speakers.
