They are investing in me and my company, team with a focus on my overall investing philosophy, core values, ethics, strategy, execution, communication, being available to answer questions and other items.To be helpful if you need to raise private capital for your deals, don't just focus on the deal when speaking to a prospect.

I’m a huge believer in developing your Personal Investment Philosophy.

In my opinion, the question starts with what your goals & philosophy are, what your time horizon is for those goals and how well you know yourself!

It is then up to the reader to listen, agree/disagree and maybe institute some of these changes into his/her philosophy and strategy.

I had thought to DM just a few of you but I believe by putting it out to everyone how it really is to me I will attract the right people and advice.Notes: A few items about my strategy and philosophy- I am pretty set on commercial.

It depends on your relationship with them, how experienced you are, and what their expectations are.My personal philosophy is that I don't pay my PMLs more than my HMLs.
