After 20+ years just when I think I've mastered something....something comes along to change the game and how we handle it......my most recent learning experiences in mgmt.....bed bugs...new Sec 8 regs.....and the things I see on the security cameras just amaze me......

I have to say its an awesome little camera.

Motion sensor lights and security cameras, or a big *** dog.

He can ask me to focus the camera on certain areas or look at a specific room again, ect. all in real time. 

If they produce a police report, then its your cost or whoever the police nab.This just happen to me too, but the daughter's boyfriend was caught on camera!

The DEA kick the doors in ripped all cameras, alarm, controlled access off confiscated everything out of the building put holes in the walls.

Again, I'm not sure about California, but in Washington, the Liquor & Cannabis Board have specific guidelines around the types of safe you have to have on premise, as well as cameras, etc, in respect to the security issues that someone mentioned earlier in the thread.

**For non local property managers, install cameras on all your properties so you can keep an key on the property and also provide security for your tenants ;)
