In addition to these two rentals we have a mortgage on our family home.They are 400 sq ft 1/1 on a slab, hardie siding , metal roof and septic. 

My crew got to camp out, we grilled carne asada on stucco  metal grills, went shooting, drank a lot, and built an incredible house.We got paid well....Point is that you can get anyone to work anywhere......it's all about the $$

I don't know exactly where the noise is coming from but my guess would be that it's the loudest up where the wires meet the house.Maybe the wires are moving and are vibrating against the metal clasps on the wood siding to make the terribly loud vibration noises?

As well as any srap sheet metal. 

If you are after the metal corrugated looked then this can be achieved as well.
