Aloha,Gee, they are doing such a great job with all of the government run housing projects already, I'm sure they can legislate their perfect system so we all will be able offer the same attractive, well maintained, safe, comfortable, and family friendly environment they have been providing to the needy for decades.

Additionally, my town has had talks of negative legislation around this which could hurt the business.It’s probably a great way to make money, but it’s not as passive, unless of course you hire a management company, but they’ll take their cut.
