The city came out and cut it and charged for it, since it wasn't paid, they foreclosed.When i stepped in the house It looked like the people left for a weekend and never returned.fridge was full of food/sink was full of dishes/closet full of clothes/etc. beds/couches/armoire/dressers/old videotel computer/old 3 channel tvsome i was able to sell on craigslist other things  donated/scrappedit was a task getting it cleaned out.

I posted 24 hour notice then inspected the property, and all his clothes are gone, but there is trash, random furniture, shoes, and of course a kitchen heaping with spoiled food.

About 3 weeks ago I found out that the elder tenant had been calling them names because of the clothes they wear and had crossed other lines the details of which I don't want to get into but lets just say it wasn't something to be taken lightly.

Hi…so we have this 6 flat we bought a month ago and we did another walk through today and of the newest tenants (not leased by us) was a bit odd…not strange in mental health way, but somethings didn't add up….she claims she is the only person living there but NONE of the closets have ANY clothes…zero, nota stich.
