Create an identity, a brand if you will - that makes you synonymous with whatever it is you're trying to do.Think about Clorox...they have done so much marketing over the years that people don't think "bleach" when it comes to whitening their clothes, they think "Clorox."

I have started putting wash cloths in bathroom and that has made some difference.

The city came out and cut it and charged for it, since it wasn't paid, they foreclosed.When i stepped in the house It looked like the people left for a weekend and never returned.fridge was full of food/sink was full of dishes/closet full of clothes/etc. beds/couches/armoire/dressers/old videotel computer/old 3 channel tvsome i was able to sell on craigslist other things  donated/scrappedit was a task getting it cleaned out.

I posted 24 hour notice then inspected the property, and all his clothes are gone, but there is trash, random furniture, shoes, and of course a kitchen heaping with spoiled food.  

Cause I bought all that stuff. when she first moved in, she only had bags of clothes, that's it.

About 3 weeks ago I found out that the elder tenant had been calling them names because of the clothes they wear and had crossed other lines the details of which I don't want to get into but lets just say it wasn't something to be taken lightly.  

(To be fair, seller left clothes everywhere/junk due to move so he probably judged on that.)5) Appraisal comes back at 40k lower than asking with lowest comps nearby that aren't rehabbed.

Mostly donatable clothing and what not but definitely some diamonds in the ruff in the left overs. 

Well you know what I mean....LOL   clothes all over the place,  The floor is the closet. 

Hi…so we have this 6 flat we bought a month ago and we did another walk through today and of the newest tenants (not leased by us) was a bit odd…not strange in mental health way, but somethings didn't add up….she claims she is the only person living there but NONE of the closets have ANY clothes…zero, nota stich.
