Some of my initial ideas are:Vacation Days: Every quarter or 6 months you live at a community you are awarded a vacation day at any of the other communities you may want to visit. 

Prime valley floor  Rutherford bench etc.. set all time highsaverage price per ACRE 317,000  last year 270,000.  14.9% appreciation year over year.I know of some prime Ruthorford bench properties that eclipse 500k per acre.. now to be fair this is planted to award winning Cabernet grapes...

. :/ And don't even get me started on the 'Internet Marketing Awards' given out all over the place where you pay for an award, which gives clients false expectations of an agencies aptitude. 

Also, I noted that there was a writ of possession awarded to them at the sheriff's sale.

When I graduated, my high school established a new award that was created just for me.

In other words, having a mortgage helps protect you from lawsuits5) I listened to an insurance executive talk about the number of lawsuits and sizes of awards they had across their entire portfolio. 

The mediocre professors were either still "attempting to do" or "had never done" and it showed.In my undergrad experience the most successful professors, with the most awards, patents, research grants, etc. were AWFUL lecturers.  

  $1.6 B sounds great, but much of that investment will go to the global and national economy in the form of equipment purchases for the assembly line, construction costs (also very unlikely to be awarded to a local construction company in Limestone or Madison Counties) and perhaps infrastructure (some of which will go to the local municipalities).
