One thing I learned was that there is a bit of exposure and I'd rather pay an experienced accommodation like Jack Shea to provide the service.Another thing I learned was that I have no use for all these women's shoes :-). 

And also i was not charging 5000$ for the full list just for a particular property in my buyers criteria that home is worth 165k s a young women (24yo) inherited her dads home she doesn't even live in the same state of the property anymore im positive she would take what she could get and never look back @Derek B.

The money and free time are great but when 60 year old women thank you with tears in their eyes..Priceless..

If I’m not comfortable there we figure we won’t be able to rent to single women or any one with kids. 

But as Warren Buffet said: "everything takes time and you cannot produce a baby in a month by getting nine women pregnant".What do you think are the best markets to invest in on a low budget ( $ 20K) .Since I am a foreign investor it is probably a little harder to get deals through with loans on that end although my credit is pretty ok.
