I have smelled it on multiple occasions, and I have another witness who has smelled it.

The burning desire for real estate may just quite be in my blood OR it could be me witnessing the perks of collecting rent for a living - traveling for months at time and playing poker.

They also said that they showed the house to a prospective tenant because I gave them permission (again, I've never talked to them via phone and funnel all communication to text and email so I have documentation, I've never given them such permission).I'll be there to change the locks soon, with my body camera and a witness.

I am in that business and I really hate it when a property sits on the market because I know I am losing value every day.I expect 2011 to continue to witness a gradual decline in prices, with a possible stabilization in 2012, followed, hopefully, by a mild recovery.

My attorney has asked me to gather witnesses who have been through a similar experience with this company and/or speaker. 

Every city has it's own DNA and some cities will have a flat line while others will continue to drop.I agree wit Taz in his assessment and would add that anyone thinking that RE recovery equals a steep incline in pricing is sadly mistaken.

I also recommend that you do an inspection sometime in between rent payments; give legal minimum notice and take a witness with you. 

I have been feverishly reading the forums over the last few days and I have been blown away by the openness and the hospitality that I have witnessed.

it's basic and it hits home, big time.i can't tell you how many people i've met and said to myself, "how the hell did this guy do all this - he's a half-wit!"
