I think there will be major changes up until Superior.

Due to superior lobbying budgets, the "registration" is nationwide, for the below 2 categories it's state specific.

I certainly agree that things change, and that's why I didn't say one thread was superior to any other.

FYI.....hit the ground running, throw the stuff against the wall and see what works, or make an educated guess from people that are your superiors from years of eeking by for a pay check have never been real profitable.

@Joe Gore I have bought a property from a Superior Court Judge and made more than twice the purchase price... 

The Senior says he doesn't know it depends on the nature of the property if he needs and will tear it down.He goes against the property not owner to the superior state courts in order to do this.
