Its fairly robust and free for a single unit. 

No alcohol is sold in South Holland, they have strict rental guidelines in the city. 

I know there’s so much discussion about purchasing in lively busy growing areas that I feel conditioned to not consider markets that aren’t as robust.

For example, cash deals often have sellers who want robust language protecting the seller if the buyer is late or stops paying the mortgage.

If my investing goes well, less need for the robust retirement fund.

I am using a system called Investorfuse atop of Podio, and it's extremely robust.

It looks like it is pretty robust and reasonably priced.

It isn't as robust, but certainly more affordable.   

Just make sure that you have a robust operating agreement that dictates what percentage of ownership you each retain, how distributions will be paid out, how members can sell their shares in the company, what happens in case of death or incapacity, etc.Good luck and happy investing
