newbie real estate investor from L.A.
Hello everyone my name is Ramon and I am a buy and hold real estate investor from Los Angeles. Because properties here are so expensive I am open to other markets. Ideally I would like to purchase multifamily homes but I am open to single family properties. I currently do not have a background in real estate and my only experience was when I purchased my first property. I look forward to learning, and meeting other like minded real estate investors.
