Just curious if anyone uses this services and what the actually fees are Hi Shane,For our eCheck/ACH transactions, which are a debit from the tenant's checking or savings account the fee is a flat $3 per transaction for monthly and bi-weekly payments while weekly recurring payments are $2.

They also effectively limit use of security deposit and last months rent by requiring landlords to offer interest and penalty free payment plans for those costs if they exceed 25% of one months rent.BEFORE they limited use of criminal history and passed some of this other stuff my standard screening process was to verify income 2.5x rent,   verify prior rental history or acceptable co-signer,   verify payment history of recurring bills (cell, utility, etc)   and verify no evictions or serious/recurring criminal history.

Once the tenant is in the property of course they request a dog (for emotional support due to their anxiety), owner says no...they later come up with a letter from a therapist (someone who has yet to return my calls) and in the letter it states according to the FEDERAL Fair Housing Act, you cannot prohibit someone with an ESA from living in the premises and having the animal.
