Anyone use eRentPayment? Just looking for clarification on fees

I was looking for an inexpensive way to collect rents online and wanted to test this service out with just a couple tenants at first. eRentPayment has a lot of nice features that I was looking for but from other posts I've read here on BP and from eRentPayment's website I was under the impression the only fees were $3 per transaction.

https://www.erentpayment.com/questions.aspx#faq4

even stating

There are no monthly, activation, or set-up fees so there is no cost to register with our service. You don’t have to worry about hidden fees with our service as the transaction fee is the only fee charged to the Property Manager, if they elect to pay a portion of it.

However I came across this page

https://www.erentpayment.com/kb/a10/do-you-offer-c...

that says there are setup, monthly and other transaction fees?

Just curious if anyone uses this services and what the actually fees are
