I do a lot of 3D printing in plastic, and when talking about using it for home construction, I have doubts if it will ever go mainstream for the fact that when dealing with 3D printed concrete, you are talking about an incredibly rough surface finish, that then must be finished.

From 1960-1980's cast iron, steel and plastic in the house, cast iron & plastic outside.

Metal rather than plastic hoses to connect all plumbing (washer, toilets, sinks, etc.).

I have made a few bucks on cars in the past just by cleaning out the old french fries and ketchup stains on the seats.

I work from 2am-5pm Mon-Fri and 2am-7am Sat-Sun.

Glad they started making them plastic...

They did put up plastic sheets in the basement when they brought in their drying machines and air scrubbers.
