I am disappointed they are going out of business.

When it looked like the deal was falling through I was quite disappointed.

@Lumi Ispas for the last year I kept looking for deals in my City, did a lot of creating marketing but the results have been disappointing - the prices of property have gone up and yields have gone down to 6-7% / year (gross, but the maintenance costs are not to big).

I liked the color and it was easy to apply;however, I was disappointed in the coverage as the aged wood really drew in the stain.In both cases I used a brush to apply the stain, which was quite a lot of work.Best of luck!

I had a buyer ask how often the train came by, I was downplaying it and he was actually disappointed at what I said because he and is wife LOVED trains...You just never know. 

If you put your trust in other people (or in random luck) to help make you successful, you will end up disappointed and frustrated.
