Hi Laurie Williams - I have a few clients who are strictly BRRRR investors but the sub Milwaukee markets they are targeting aren't providing the numbers they're pursuing right now. 1% is the new norm and you have to be willing to accept more risk if you want to push this margin further in class C or class D markets, which isn't something I'd recommend as your first investment out of state.
