I totally agree with you Jerryll and that's why we bought the coaching with you and we are just so glad we did it as the SEO is growing nicely and together with other strategies we are now doing much better with the Off market deals - every State is different and South Florida is a bit crazy - honestly I do great deal also with MLS but of course I totally agree that's not the right strategy and we are glad we are growing on the right direction!
