Genrally if buying at the sheriff's sale, junior mtg.s would be wiped out as long as they are named/served in the foreclosure action.  

The property owner had no wireless experience (junior level property manager), thought they were in a stronger position then they were, and just lost AT&T as a rooftop tenant. 

See about getting your foot in the door with someone in the biz who'll take a small amount of money as a debt product -- a promissory note or other arrangement -- and work your way up in trust or other add-value work to have a space in a deal with them on the equity side eventually.I've done this successfully with junior and new people I care about supporting and helping get going.

The ITS lien gets wiped out, just like any other junior lien, at the foreclosure.

Tax Deed title will wipe out all mortgage & junior lien in GA.

My youngest sister has kids at Walnut Street Elementary and Woodbury HS and my other sister just retired from teaching at the junior high. 

The property are foreclosured for two default mortgages( a senior and a junior).
