I’ve analyzed deals for multi family homes in Tacoma which is the area I’ll be close by.

In a few cases we got 2 weeks notice we were moving - we were renting so we gave the landlord the appropriate notifications to vacate - scheduled movers - did our move out clean and left.

First-mover advantage might make some people rich, but it could also put them in a long road back to zero.

Most times they call and ask if you know a good mover and ask if it's "Ok to still call and ask questions because there are alot of things they don't understand about the contract they signed, also can we setup a time to look over this inspection report".Usually after a couple of those agents start to require a contract before showing.

I know guys who move really fast but that doesn't necessarily mean they are good.

Even professional movers can't make them fit sometimes....but oh how they try.

I have heard too, that alot of the times it's roommates that move/Rent a house in Midtown , and therefore having at least 2 bathrooms is ideal 3.

@David Song I've had good luck working with the local movers in my area to find homes to move into my parks.

But they have another similar one you can get if you move really quick, skip all DD and wire the money this afternoon... classic bait and switch topped with a sprinkle of manufactured urgency/ fear of missing out.
