Moving to Washington state in June (Military)

Moving from Hawaii to Washington state this summer. I’ve analyzed deals for multi family homes in Tacoma which is the area I’ll be close by. I’m 24, looking to start investing as a part time gig. I’m going to be living on base for now but until then I’ll keep my eyes open on what’s available. Anyone who’s out in the area, I would love to get something going maybe mentoring or simply chat.
