I am able to see major issues, but I don't take temperature of the cool air coming off the vent, I don't flush every toilet or turn on every faucet, nor do I actually run the dishwasher, or dryer etc...my inspection is visual.

We like postcards - they have higher visual impact and cost about 1/2 what letters cost, meaning we can hit twice as many people for the same marketing $.

I think both postcards and letter have their place since some people are more visual and like the post cards and some like to read all the details and like the letters.Personally, I alternate letter and postcards every two weeks for about 4-6 mailings total.Hope that helps,Randy RodenhouseWealth Black Box

In my opinion, replacing the doors can be a cheap way of adding alot of visual appeal.
