Now here's an interesting thought: both heirs and personal representatives are barred from perfecting title via adverse possession because the theory states that you cannot be adverse and hostile against your own interest.

If I see bar tabs being paid off weekly or regular bar expenses I probably have someone with a drinking problem, if you see the same amount spent at a nearby C-store, like $16.22 every other day in thier neighborhood, most likely it's buying the same items, like a beer run.

(I'm assuming his conviction was for something like getting in bar fight or something) Frankly, in my experience, the biggest thing for determining ability to pay is evictions.
