I can give you some average times for my average sized projects so you can at least get an idea.roof- tear off and shingle 15 squares- 1 daywindows- remove and replace, trim outside- 8-10 per day per guysiding- 1000 sq ft ranch- 2-3 daysbathroom gut- 2 daysmy guys just sheetrocked and did first tape coat in a 10x10 bath yesterday in 2.5 hoursframing- doing a 2 story, 1000 sq ft addition now. framing should take about a weekagain, your time frames could be different but it at least gives you an idea.

They only put on one coat of lacquer and whoever put it on, did an awful job.

I bought the Henckel's Granitium coated pans.

Update the kitchen/bathrooms, new coat of paint, floors, and landscaping. 

Maybe get rid of everything that isn’t essential, kids toys, coats on the racks, vacuum cleaner in the bedroom, stuff on the kitchen counter, slide in the yard, and then retake your pics with the windows open and the new paint.

The entire house has been taped and mudded, painter has come through for primer and first coat of paint, and today the floors are being done.

If you can keep the thing together for ten years your doing better than most with that corrosive chloride sodium slurry they coat the roads with around here for 8 months of the year!

Mom and pop often have just the one location or maybe a few at best so are hyper focused on those few units doing well and the center putting them in the best light and position for success.When I look at  a center I look at when roof was last redone and parking lot was last re-coated and striped.

With recent updates, new flooring, a fresh coat of paint and updated appliances, this home is turn key and ready to be enjoyed.

The paint can be a bit thicker than traditional paint but you can thin it out with a little bit of water.
