Dark brown floors, white counter/cabinetry.I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips on how to take the pics, how to angle the camera, what modes to set them to, etc, and any computer software or websites I can use to edit, tweak, and enhance the photos to make them look spectacular.

I do have a dependable housekeeper and maintenance guy but I am very OCD and always updating decor and doing little projects here and there to enhance the guest experience and I am concerned that without my hands in things I will not be able to operate at the same high level and was curious what results others have had with long distance.I am aware that there are turn key vacation rental companies that will reply to messages and schedule cleanings and such but I'm not interested in those.

Only the specific Exclusions or Endorsements the specific insurance companies add.The advantage to going with a CBIZ or Proper, is they have the Endorsements the enhance coverage for a vacation rental that are typically not on a generic Landlord policy or Commercial General Liability.

If i do it, i have to do many enhancements to my house and front yard.Being my house built in 1951 where there is no city permits available, it build by county standards. hence there is no Walk path between the Road and my property line.

Since prior policy definitions specifically included LLCs where the initial insureds were the only Members, I doubt the intention would have been to exclude them in the Homeowner's version but I'm not aware of any cases were a Court construed the meaning of the phrase.The language quoted by Staton doesn't track the language in the Homeowner's policies I'm familiar with.I pulled it up online and that language seems to be from Stewart Title's Homeowner's policy from early 2000s to present.Lesson to be learned... don't buy an enhanced policy without first reviewing the policy definitions if you intend to eventually transfer to your LLC.
