Find a reputable flooring dealer and asks them to educate you on why the commercial quality floor material is better.

You think I should have a plumber and electrician go in there? 

My wife helped a plumber/HVAC friend do his 2018 tax return.His W-2 was $100k not to mention the self employed income from his side jobs& I bet he doesn't have a student loan.

When we do need a plumbing repair in the basement, I don't want to pay the emergency plumber an extra hour for moving 50 years of old paint cans and extra paneling out of his way.  

Is CoStar the pinnacle in regards to listing searches or am i missing any other reputable sites?

Since the home was vacant and since the bank purchased it from the County Sheriff, the new owner who decides to renovate it is responsible for this bill.I've never heard of this fee in my life and neither did my plumber or my attorney who I called right after speaking to the agency.

Any reputable brokerage is going to require that their agents be a member of a local association of Realtors.

I also try to use a handyman when I can to fix things rather than a plumber or other expensive tradesman.
