During the rehab make sure to go in and eliminate any potential source of moisture that may be causing the mold.  

The locking mechanism is also water tight to prevent moisture from seeping through to the sub floor and you will then be able to run it through the whole home including bathrooms and kitchens.

Then I had my roofer go out and look at the roof to ensure there were no leaks or any of the roof compromised in any way.The remediation company did say there was some moisture in the attic in a small area where the outer part of the roof contains leaf debris.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.i say put them in their place gently and carry a big stick lol.we all face the difficulties of being taken seriously.

Also, people with sufficient funds will leave these areas and the area will go into decline.Climate - Properties in areas with hard freezes and excessive moisture will tend to require more maintenance than in milder and dryer climates.Property cost - There is a tendency for new investors to choose locations with very inexpensive properties.

They make great tenants as they gently use the property since they're basically living at the hospital.
