(an investor who only buys and sells in US markets has very little exposure to foreign exchange, so the fluctuation of the US Dollar may go unnoticed to you.)Back to my point... the value of the US Dollar rises and falls, but the paper it is printed on wears out and must eventually be taken out of circulation and replaced by another bill.

I spoke w/ them last night and discovered that they have 2 adults and 3 children (ages 8, 4, and 1) and 2 dogs living in a 2bd 1 ba.... their existing lease didn't specify the dog breed... but she answered honestly and told me that one was an American Stafford pit bull (terrier)... i.e. it's not a dangerous dog, but comes from the pit bull blood line and insurance companies still ban it, so I told her this would be a problem.  

There was weird splatter on walls and ceilings that we could only guess is blood.

So what the forced air furnace does as it operates is circulate lots of air throughout the structure.Jorge has hot water (hydronic) heating in his multifamily.

Keep in mind when using a "no money down" technique, you are still paying, just in other ways like with your time, effort, blood, sweat, first born...I know a bunch of guys that are doing a lot of deals, and most of them are not really killing it.  

The more blood and sweat he has in it, the easier you'll get him on board with you :) Best of luck!

Those are the ones that rile me up and get my blood pressure moving in the wrong direction, lol.

Lending club is the bigger p2p loan platform, their rates are a little lower but a bit pickier on underwriting (640+ credit).Conceivably one could get loans on both platforms and circulate up to 50k in funds, pay back soon and re-borrow like a credit line.Been a lurker on the forum a while now (good place to hang out and sponge info).
