Hey this is Tommy Coan, I was set on learning all I could about Real Estate investing mainly house flipping, but it wasn't long after I became a member I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer and was told right off it would be a 9 to 12 month process, well it's getting closer to the end of my battle with cancer( for the good that is).

I know some great commercial attorneys locally there.The MAI appraiser is NOT going to know how to structure the lease and terms to protect your interest.When we do deals this size it is a battle between each attorney back and forth redlining the agreements fighting over every word.

yes, i agree, the shawshank redemption is a good movie and his line in there really hits home. but you can't live life thinking how little time you have left. i had a grand father that was taken captive in the battle of the bulge in wwII. he thought he was gonna die like anyone else did there. he lived to be 89 and dropped dead making his breakfast. his wife, my grandmother, lived to be only 56. you have no idea how long you are gonna live, so, just live. take risks, see where they lead you. if you don't like the path it takes you down, switch paths
