Maybe that's a gamble.

For me, I basically gambled away my life-savings on a sight unseen BRRRR almost 2 years ago.

This time, I thought I'd give Zillow a try since Craigslist is so overrun with fake ads, spam from apartment complexes, and is just so user-unfriendly in general.If you don't know, Zillow rental ads also post to their other platforms, including Trulia and HotPads. 

Though you may argue appreciation is a gamble, it is not a gamble if you investigate the area well enough and hold for long enough.

I tried to send a customer service message out but it keeps giving me a message that my "email has been labeled spam and I should try again later..."  

Andy also supports expanded gambling as a resource for funding our public pension system.

We are not speculators, we lend money based on a proven equation and if we are going to take a gamble on a property it will be one we buy with our own money in our own portfolio.

It's always a gamble on what the market is going to do. 

That is more of a gamble in my opinion.

Should we bite the several thousand dollar gamble or should just accept covering the original hardwood with other hard surface durable flooring.
