If you do this a few times a year it creates a pretty good income until the music stops and you have earnest money at risk.

That’s music to my ears.When I went to meet with the seller and inspect the house, I found “needing some work” was an understatement.

Of course this works best on a busy street corner in a nice size parking lot.People invest in music royalties. 

Gone is the stinky movie theater, the bead shops, the cheap T-shirt shops, the used music store.

I decided to keep him. but..because of he's loud music and he's bad behiver, I already lost a good payer tenant.

As Al Bundy once said, "Run like Mexican water through a first time tourist - but just run!!"

But for now, baby steps, I just want to get into one property and start now so that there is some light at the end of the tunnel in terms of early retirement and the ability to be free to do the things I have passion for, like music recording and composition, spending time with family, etc.....

BUTThat’s all music to my ears because if there is only 5 investors after a property I want it’s better then 500 investors after the property I want.
