Multiplex.I want a good cash flowing opportunity to hold.I’ve been looking at landlord friendly states:TX,AL,AR,MI,VA,MO,GA,IN,OHMountain States:ID,MT,UT,WY,NM,AZI want to minimize my search.

When I was in the Army, I was in KY, MD, and GA.

The 10/1 arm is at 8.0% with no payment penalties.

Anecdotally I see a lot of people of Indian or Asian descent buying and having parents/in-laws live in one unit while a younger family lives in another.

I found my work was more successful when I had an army of back up at home.

and well Geez the city grew out to me and right across the street is the largest Indian Gaming Casino in CA... called Graton.... and my property came into the city after 26 years zoned mixed use resi... and I have of course listed it for 3 million... no takers yet.. but who cares what I make... as long as I disclosed up front paid cash... the city limits are one lot away and lots on the other side are still non buildable and value is not much.. ( won't perc) 

So we have western art....cowboys, indians, cactus, desert, etc.

On 7/1 ARM, I am getting around 2.5% on 4plex and 2% on 8plex.
