=) I have a pretty good process for looking at a local market, and I advertise in about 40 markets around the U.S. so I have a good feel for market dynamics based on population density, etc.Another great site for research is the Quick Facts site the US Census offers:http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/maps/washington_m...Click on a county such as Kitsap on that map and you can drill down into a whole bunch of great stats that will help you understand a market.All that said I have been to Washington many times but have not yet had the pleasure of visiting Port Orchard.
