So my tenant died last FRI 9/28 (not in the unit) and now his family is here handling his affairs.

If the time and costs of these things (masking tape, plastic, respirator filters, spray suits, demasking) exceed the time and costs it would take to just cut and roll it, you're better off just doing that obviously.

They dealt with a lot of condo conv. and had "new" used appliance meaning they were installed but the new owner wanted something else so were never used still had plastic on them.

It may be easier to change the code every time (if possible) rather than change the lock, but if it is of low quality plastic/ rubber the number keys will wear out and need to be replaced.

However, I am an executive from 8-4:30 Mon - Fri and currently only in RE afterward.
