Just wanted to reach out to my fellow Jacksonville Florida investors. Many know me as a contractor and rehab guy, but I also do roofing, fully licensed and insured. Reach out to me if you need anything. I wouldnt normally post this but I have seen a surge lately in unscrupulous roofing companies taking advantage of investors here in Jacksonville.
