I grew up in NJ but spent 2002-2015 in Upper Mount Bethel/Roseto (just up Bangor Mountain from Stroudsburg) Easton has seen a resurgence in recent years.

My husband and I work in Anacortes right now, but live in Mount Vernon until we find the right place in Anacortes.

He may be right for a glued down product.

I would be looking at Sultan & Mount Vernon specifically. 

I've mounted simple master-lock combo lockboxes to foundation walls at a couple of my properties but am not sure if that is the best option. 

The setup was cake, you just need to use sticky pads that they provide to mount the sensors around the house and two screws to mount the keypad.

I have some tiny baths and we have mounted wall cabinets to make up the vanity space and used pedestal sinks for a less tight entry, So if you lose a vanity you need somewhere to put stuff. 

Currently trying to close on my first rental in Rocky Mount, NC.

Cabinets first would save some sq ft cost, is there any other reason to go in with cabinets first for glued vinyl planks?
