Whether this is just paying a professional photographer to do the job, getting a designer to give the place a little more life or both, highlighting certain areas of the home can do very well for its online traffic.Have you tried any of the above before?

I'll just start to highlight the paragraph on convictions to the owner and explain to him or her at that time the importance of the legal fees when hiring an attorney.

The good thing about FB Marketplace is that you can highlight that persons facebook site and many are not in private mode so postings can be reviewed.  

That narrative also highlights the changes from the previous PFS to the current one.
