Those amounts are harder to quantify as they are usually only expressed on a payoff statement or in the foreclosure documents.Foreclosure initiation is not the same as conclusion.

-----Not to sway judgement but to express my opinion, it's too much work for me in finding/firing an agent and it's just something I'm not good at, but have seen others succeed with it, so go for it.
