The expenses for Group homes are covered by Medicaid waiver income of the disabled client.

If she was hurt to the degree she gets on disability these payments can't be garnished so she will be judgementproof.

So I saw first hand the impacts that death, divorce, disability, adjustable rate loans, pay-option loans, etc had on the market.

@Jay Hinrichs While there are some beautiful, sought-after neighborhoods in the City, yes, you are right that overall, it is a C class (or worse) type area with lots of people who live off of under-the-table money, gov't assistance, disability, etc.

If the disability is not obvious, then you have the right to ask for proof of the prescription to verify it's legit.
